Description
We should not worry (too much) about network capacity for the next decade. Can R&E networking deliver a true global concept, in support of global research and education? From technology to governance, let’s focus on challenges and potential directions for global networking.
What will the TNC audience take away from your talk
- Networks are looking beyond capacity in the next decade. Not to be ignored, but not to be worried about.
- Connectivity to everything is a requirement, this is obviously not limited to a single country (and also goes beyond R&E)
- Global R&E networking is powerful, and with some of the proposed approach may be able to deliver and articulate its value proposition even better (and we will use better words to explain that)
