Description

This talk will give the result of a longitudinal analysis of 6-years of data resulting from the problems and questions that were submitted to the Engagement and Performance Operations Center (EPOC) project for Roadside Assistance and Consulting. EPOC is a US National Science Foundation supported Center to support data sharing for research and education.

What will the TNC audience take away from your talk

The TNC audience will be given data about how the needs of network engineers and users have changed over the last 6 years, what problems to look for on their own systems, and what types of support questions they might need to know how to deal with going forward. This session will be relevant to network owners, operators, engineers, as well as end users to better understand common problems and practices when supporting large-scale data transfers between institutions.
