It will look at how they help us, why none of them have all the answers, where the limits are and how complementary and contradictory they are.
The main focus will be on:
• ISO27001
• ITIL4
• DevOps and SRE
It will cover advantages and disadvantages including accessibility and openness.
What will the TNC audience take away from your talk
Some myths about standards will be busted, allowing NRENs to adopt processes in a way that fits our scale and culture.
Ideas about automation and engineering approaches to compliance will be shared.
Some humour and irreverence will lighten a usually dry but important topic and hopefully entertain.
And there is a call to action on collaboration for standards engagement and procurement.
