Description
This community hub session will be an unplugged mini crisis management exercise in which you participate. No slides and no setup, just a short exercise that forces fast group decisions. It is a quick and very real way to show how pressure immediately changes team behaviour and how even a simple exercise can reveal the importance of clear roles, structured decision making and the basics of crisis coordination.
In the second part, it guides participants through the initiatives behind CLAW and PAW, including a visual walkthrough of the PAW exercise materials.
What will the TNC audience take away from your talk?
Participants will be reminded of the challenges of decision making in a simluated crisis moment. The will also leave with a clear understanding of GÉANT’s crisis management initiatives, a solid grasp of what CLAW and PAW offer and most importantly how they can access and adapt the PAW materials within their own organisations. They will gain practical insights from our experiences learn how to start small but still make real progress and see how PAW can be directly applied in their own environment.
