Leading Across Boundaries: A Taste of MLDP: BoF

Description
The Management & Leadership Development Programme (MLDP) has supported internal leaders in strengthening clarity, ownership, accountability, and collaboration across distributed environments. Now, we are exploring how MLDP can be adapted and offered to Members.
This 90-minute BoF session will serve as both a practical leadership taster session and the official launch and consultation space for MLDP for Members. The session will not be a presentation about the programme. Instead, participants will experience a facilitated leadership exercise drawn directly from MLDP content.
