Description
This BoF on Financial Resilience invites everyone with an entrepreneurial mindset to share ideas and experiences, with the aim of strengthening the collective resilience of the R&E networking ecosystem.
The session is designed as an interactive peer exchange, not a presentation forum. We are particularly interested in:
- Sharing concrete experiences - both successes and challenges - in developing new services, partnerships, or revenue approaches
- Reflecting openly on barriers and lessons learned, including organisational, financial, or governance challenges
All input will directly shape the discussion and help identify practical, community‑driven ways forward. We are keen to learn from each other, particularly around:
- Experimenting with new services, partnerships, or business models
- Navigating the tension between public mission and entrepreneurial action
- Vision on financial resilience, innovation, and long‑term community sustainability
- Vision on rethinking sustainability beyond “doing more with less”.
