Description
Located right in front of charming timber-framed and stone mansions, La Halle Martenot is home to one of the most beautiful Saturday markets in France. The building’s architecture was inspired by the central halls of Paris. Hosted by RENATER, the dinner will recreate the authentic and vibrant atmosphere of a local market. A glittering collection of Gault Millau and Michelin star rated Chefs will prepare local delicacies before your very eyes. See these outstanding chefs at work in a specially created open kitchen and savour the results during this unique gourmet event. Participating chefs include Julien Lemarié, Sylvain Guillemot, Jean Marie Baudic, Eric Toutain and Pascal Jain.

La Halle Martenot is located at Place des Lices in the heart of the city centre. The location is at walking distance from TNC24 conference venue and just a few minutes’ walk from the metro stops of Sainte-Anne and Republique.
