As NRENs, we historically leverage technology and build services to support research & education. A technology focused exercise that has long been successful. But the context in which NRENs operate has become more complex: a general market with more integrated services, our added value in relation to the market is no longer self-evident and the world around us is changing and getting more complex by the day.
A challenge many of us are facing is: how do we optimize and maximize the value created for R&E institutes by our services? How do we create strong narratives around our services and portfolio?
Participants in this session will exchange knowledge and insights on their approaches to ensure that services are designed and developed in ways that maximize the value delivered.
What will the TNC audience take away from your talk?
We aim to connect people with similar questions on how to develop successful services, portfolio management and strategic marketing and kick-start further cooperation and co-creation in this field.
