It focuses on how risks can be modeled using probabilities, financial impact ranges, and expected loss to better capture uncertainty and support real business decisions. Participants will see how CSC has commenced the journey to embed quantification into decision-making, and building a culture where risk analysis directly improves the quality of decisions.
