Description
The Management & Leadership Development Programme (MLDP) has supported internal leaders in strengthening clarity, ownership, accountability, and collaboration across distributed environments.
Now, we are exploring how MLDP can be adapted and offered to Members.
This 90-minute BoF session will serve as both:
- A practical leadership taster session
- The official launch and consultation space for MLDP for Members
The session will not be a presentation about the programme. Instead, participants will experience a facilitated leadership exercise drawn directly from MLDP content.
The focus:
Leading effectively in distributed, cross-organisational environments.
Together, participants will explore:
- The hidden friction points in distributed leadership
- How accountability and clarity shift in member-based organisations
- What trust, influence, and ownership look like without formal authority
The session will include:
- A short interactive leadership simulation
- Peer discussion in small groups
- Reflection on real leadership challenges participants face within their organisations
The final segment will introduce MLDP for Members — outlining the programme structure, objectives, and potential format — and gather input from participants to shape its design.
This BoF is both experiential and consultative: a space to test relevance, surface demand, and co-create the next evolution of MLDP.
