Our community is continuously growing – as much in the amount of people as in the sheer number of tasks we have to carry out each day. Sometimes, especially in today’s rapid work tempo, we forget that work is not all there is to life. It can be hard to nurture work relationships internally and externally, but it is important to build a safe and understanding space for each other. After all, we are not only building a community of machines, but of people. And there is something to be said about the art of doing so – the art of being human.
