Strategies are the blueprint for an organisation’s purpose and future. They articulate long‑term direction, help navigate uncertainty, and turn challenges into opportunities. Several NRENs have recently launched new strategies. In this session, a diverse group of NRENs will share their journeys of strategy development - from shaping direction to embedding strategy across their organisations.
We will explore key questions such as: How do you create a strategy that people feel part of? How do you bring it to life in ways that are meaningful and measurable? And how can our strategies reinforce one another to strengthen the collective positioning of the R&E community at national, regional, and global levels?
